REPORTING ACCOUNTANT

• Perform financial reporting on designated area of activity appropriately and meeting the deadlines.
• Perform analysis of financial data for internal and external users of reports.
• Prepare monthly Cash Flow forecast for Parent Companies.
• Analyse actual costs on cash basis vs. cash calls, preliminary actual costs vs. monthly Parent Companies forecast.
• Prepare monthly and weekly Cash Distribution Statement.
• Collect information as directed by the Section head during the revisions and audits performed by the Parent Companies (Shareholders), Tax Authorities and Internal Auditors.
• Prepare monthly forecast of Revenue share of Contracting Companies.
• Prepare monthly Request for Services (RFS) register and analysis.
• Prepare quarterly calculation of interest on current account.
• Collect information for preparation of the Statement of Recoverable costs on quarterly basis.
• Prepare analyses of accruals - evidence of VOWD from User Departments; elimination of accruals which are not supported by invoices.

• Intermediate (B1) English level is an advantage on this role;
• Regulatory Legal Acts regulating production and financial activity;
• Production Sharing Agreement, Joint Operating Agreement;
• Company development plans; current and growth prospects condition of financial markets and sales markets (goods, works, services);
• Flow process technology, financial work organisation in a company;
• Procedure of completion of financial plans, balance forecasts and budgets, sales plans and revenue plans;
• Finance methods and approaches assuring cash flow management;
• Tax legislation, standards of accounting and reporting;
• Economics, organisation of production, labour and management;
• Advanced PC user;
• Good analytical skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
