- Providing technical support for SIEMENS network solutions;
- Responding to technical inquiries from customers and partners;
- Developing and reviewing network structures, specifications, and descriptions based on SIEMENS network equipment;
- Assisting in the selection and procurement of SIEMENS network equipment;
- Providing support and guidance in the configuration and setup of SIEMENS network equipment;
- Conducting technical seminars and training sessions on SIEMENS network equipment;
- Ensuring that all proposed and implemented solutions adhere to Information Security (IS) requirements specified by customers or other relevant regulatory documents.
- Work experience: At least 3 years in network engineering or information security;
- Education: Higher education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field;
- Additional certification: Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, Fortinet NSE)
- Knowledge of English not lower than Upper-Intermediate;
- Mandatory computer skills: Proficiency in network diagnostic tools, experience with network operating systems, familiarity with SIEMENS network management platforms is a plus;
- Mandatory technical / professional skills and knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of network protocols;
- Proven ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot complex network infrastructures;
- Solid understanding of Information Security fundamentals, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), access control, and vulnerability management;
- Experience with industrial network protocols is a significant advantage;
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and industry standards related to network and information security.
