Will you shape the future with us — or be shaped by it?We’re hiring an Intern | Staff in Astana:A junior-consultant who enhances enterprise efficiency, optimizes processes, and drives operational improvements through analytics‑based solutionsWhat you will do:

Leading diagnostic assessments of current processes and developing structured improvement roadmaps for clients in Central Asia

Translating operational challenges into actionable recommendations supported by measurable performance indicators

Designing optimized supply chain and operational processes aimed at eliminating inefficiencies and unnecessary functions

Preparing analytical reports and delivering client‑ready presentations with clear findings and next steps

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and supporting interns/analysts through key workstreams

What we expect from you:

Strong problem solving, analytical thinking, and structured communication
English, Russian, Kazakh confident verbal & written communication
Ownership mindset: results, deadlines, and quality under pressure
Readiness for business travel (as needed)
Proficiency in MS Office / Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word; Power BI is a plus)
Optional: Experience with process mapping, supply chain optimization, logistics modeling, operational diagnostics, and enterprise efficiency improvements
Background in finance, economics, supply chain, logistics (strongly preferred; active academic life, competitions, hackathons, case championships are a plus). Other majors are welcomed too.
