HR Recruiter ExperiencedA career in our Human Resources, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to make a difference at PwC by helping to fully leverage the skills and talents of all our people. You’ll help our local offices in driving the Firm’s people strategy, creating a unique people experience for each individual, and supporting our Firm wide values by working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and Firm wide success in the marketplace.Role and responsibilitiesRecruitment & Employer branding:Ensure efficient delivery of graduate and experienced recruitment processes;Identifying recruitment business needs and communicate with hiring managers;Defining and executing recruitment & attraction plan (run campus events: case competitions, guest lectures, job fairs, open doors, etc. to attract young talents; run assessments centres or tests and interview process);Working with recruitment systems (Workday, Phenom, HireVue, LinkedIn etc.) and conducting trainings for junior colleagues if needed;Collaboration with recruitment agencies, career centres and associations.Knowledge and skills requiredKnowledge and skills:Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment;Experience in recruiting agencies would be an advantage;Fluent English is a must;Advanced communication and presentation skills;Proficient in MS Office, ATS systems;Professional qualification in HR is an advantage.Personal profile:Proactive, initiative, able to make decisions and take responsibility;Analytical skills, good business understanding;Able to meet deadlines and deliver under stress;Eager to learn and develop new skills.PwC Казахстан предоставляет услуги по аудиту, налогообложению, юридическим вопросам и консультационные услуги для компаний из обширного ряда секторов экономики.
