- Lead monthly, year-end, and hard closing processes for Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan.
- Perform top-line root cause analysis vs. forecast (weekly, monthly, annual).
- Prepare Net Revenue Realization (NRR) by category monthly (Actual, BOY, FY).
- Ensure timely and accurate data submission.
- Lead Channel & Customer P&L preparation and analysis.
- Provide strategic financial insights to commercial teams.
- Support channel strategy development with NRM.
- Ensure accuracy of D&A in Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan.
- Conduct trade promo control and post-promo analysis.
- Act as finance business partner to commercial teams.
- Be the main contact for distributor finance teams.
- Assist FPA and NRM teams with customer/channel finance.
- Train sales teams on financial literacy (Finance for Non-Finance).
- Support stakeholders in achieving company targets with timely insights.
- Standardize closing and CDA models.
- Lead CDA governance: effectiveness estimation, negotiation, and template creation.
- Reconcile EST, distributor bonuses, and profit sharing.
- Lead RTM/GTM projects from a finance perspective.
- Provide data-driven guidance to business development teams.
- Lead and mentor junior analysts in the sales finance organization.

- Higher education in Finance, Economics, or Accounting;
- 3–5 years of experience as a Sales Finance Manager (Commercial Finance Manager) or RGM, preferably in international or large regional companies;
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, management accounting, and taxation;
- Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (1C, SAP, Oracle, or similar);
- Strong analytical and strategic skills, ability to work with large amounts of data and make sound decisions;
- Experience in team management and establishing effective financial processes;
- High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset;
- Fluency in Russian and English (mandatory).
