- Help with basic accounting documents (collecting, checking, preparing).
- Support recording of financial transactions.
- Assist in preparing simple financial reports.
- Keep accounting data organized and updated.
- Help with payroll and payments under supervision.
- Assist during inventories and audits.
- Use accounting software and office programs.
- Follow company rules and safety guidelines.
- Carry out tasks assigned by the Chief Accountant.
- Good communication and social skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with fellow team members.
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills; strong team player.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Power Point, Excel; Internet skills.
- Proficiency in 1C (mandatory)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in working with primary documentation
