  • 5+ years’ experience in Industrial/Labor Relations
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation
  • Experience with unions & collective bargaining
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Fluent English

  • Manage labor relations on site/project
  • Lead negotiations with unions
  • Resolve labor disputes
  • Advise management on labor law matters
