  • To provide end users with support and solution for PC, Printer, Network, Operating System, Smartphone, Hardware and Software
  • Working with POS terminals and Fiscalization sistems
  • Working on IT documentation
Requirements
  • Graduated from Computer Engineering or related studies, might be last year student
  • Good level of English
  • Preferred minimum 1-year proven experiences in similar role, but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of Windows Client Operating System
  • Microsoft Office Knowledge (Microsoft certificate is preferred)
  • Ability to adapt to company’s processes and procedures
  • Good documentation skills
  • Sufficient knowledge of the network structure
  • Knowledge of ITIL standards
