- Search, identify and evaluate potential in-licensing opportunities worldwide in the pharmaceutical industry in line with Company’s strategy in Central Asia
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external companies to source potential partnership opportunities.
- Conduct competitive intelligence, and due diligence to assess the potential value and risks associated with each licensing opportunity.
- Negotiate commercial terms with partners.
- Draft and negotiate agreements, including new contracts and amendments.
- Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Market Access, RnD, Legal, and Finance, to manage the entire project lifecycle of in-licensing initiatives.
- Support the launch of new products by coordinating activities with external partners.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and improve Company’s portfolio through in-licensing activities.
- Monitor regulatory changes, market trends, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during business development activities.
- Minimum Bachelor’s or University Degree. MBA and/or legal degree is a plus.
- At least 2-5 years of experience working within a pharmaceutical organisation.
- Past involvement in licensing or business development, track record of successful deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to think strategically and develop long-term business plans.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the pharma industry.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
