Responsibilities:
  • Maintain regular communication with partners, align on annual goals, and conduct quarterly Joint Business Plan (JBP) reviews.
  • Conduct annual and quarterly negotiations on trade terms and commercial conditions
  • Lead weekly PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) planning to ensure balanced stock levels
  • Coordinate the customer ordering process
  • Communicate, implement, monitor the execution and of budgeting of promotional co-campaigns
  • Manage required financial processes
Requirments:
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans
  • Proven ability to manage long-term client relationships
  • Financial literacy and analytical skills
  • Results-oriented and proactive
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with SAP is a plus
