- Maintain regular communication with partners, align on annual goals, and conduct quarterly Joint Business Plan (JBP) reviews.
- Conduct annual and quarterly negotiations on trade terms and commercial conditions
- Lead weekly PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) planning to ensure balanced stock levels
- Coordinate the customer ordering process
- Communicate, implement, monitor the execution and of budgeting of promotional co-campaigns
- Manage required financial processes
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans
- Proven ability to manage long-term client relationships
- Financial literacy and analytical skills
- Results-oriented and proactive
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with SAP is a plus
