Catering Manager – Remote SiteLocation: Tengiz, KazakhstanSchedule: Rotational 28/28 (28 days on site / 28 days off)Operation Scale: High-volume production canteenWe are seeking an experienced Catering Manager to oversee large-scale food service operations in a remote production site. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of catering services, ensuring compliance with international standards, and delivering high-quality meals to a workforce of thousands daily.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management: Lead and supervise catering operations in a high-volume canteen environment.Food Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to ISO, HACCP, and other sanitary standards.Team Leadership: Organize, train, and motivate a large team of kitchen and service staff.Quality Assurance: Monitor food preparation, portioning, and presentation to maintain consistent standards.Logistics & Procurement: Manage ordering, stock control, and supplier relationships to guarantee timely delivery of raw materials.Budget Control: Develop and monitor catering budgets, optimize costs, and ensure efficient resource use.Health & Safety: Maintain workplace hygiene and safety standards across all catering operations.Client Relations: Handle feedback, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.Innovation: Contribute to menu development and continuous improvement of catering processes.Requirements
Higher (postgraduate) or specialized secondary vocational education in a relevant field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within catering
Diploma or degree in hospitality or food & beverage management preferred
