- Find and close deals with businesses needing hosting, cloud, or AI infrastructure
- Present solutions via video calls, phone, meetings and at conferences
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Manage full sales cycle: prospecting → demo → proposal → closing
- 5+ years in sales (hosting/IT infrastructure experience preferred)
- Full working proficiency Kazakh, Upper-intermediate English
- Resident of Kazakhstan
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, self-motivated with excellent organizational abilities
- €2,000/month base + sales commission
- Work tools & professional subscriptions provided
- Growth opportunities in expanding markets
- Occasional travel to conferences (expenses covered)
