Responsibilities:
  • Find and close deals with businesses needing hosting, cloud, or AI infrastructure
  • Present solutions via video calls, phone, meetings and at conferences
  • Build long-term relationships with clients
  • Manage full sales cycle: prospecting → demo → proposal → closing
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in sales (hosting/IT infrastructure experience preferred)
  • Full working proficiency Kazakh, Upper-intermediate English
  • Resident of Kazakhstan
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, self-motivated with excellent organizational abilities
Terms:
  • €2,000/month base + sales commission
  • Work tools & professional subscriptions provided

  • Occasional travel to conferences (expenses covered)
