It acts as a strategic partner to clients by delivering market insights, benchmarking, and tailored recommendations that deepen senior-level relationships and support gfknewron adoption. The position oversees high-quality pre-sales, sales, and renewal activities while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to maintain a seamless, client-centric experience. Additionally, it provides guidance and coaching to team members to enhance delivery quality, capability building, and overall commercial execution. The ideal candidate brings experience in T&D or FMCG, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proactive, results-driven mindset.QualificationsResponsibilities:
  • Lead and manage key accounts within the T&D market to drive strong commercial performance, sustainable client growth, and successful execution of local sales strategies aligned with industry dynamics.
  • Act as a strategic partner by providing market-relevant insights, benchmarking, and proactive recommendations tailored to T&D clients, while building senior-level relationships that support long-term engagement and gfknewron adoption.
  • Oversee and ensure high-quality pre-sales, sales, and renewal activities in close collaboration with other business units, ensuring a consistent and client-centric commercial approach.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and leadership to team members involved in client delivery, insights generation, and platform adoption, ensuring high performance and professional development.
  • Foster strong cooperation with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Commercial, Analytics) to guarantee seamless client experience, efficient workflows, and effective issue resolution.
  • Promote best-practice sharing, capability building, and continuous improvement within the T&D commercial team to strengthen overall execution and client impact.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience T&D or FMCG.
  • Understanding of sales process for durable goods and technology clients.
  • Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills, client obsessed approach.
  • Proactive and consistent engagement with multi-disciplined teams.
  • Eagerness to learn, open mindset, team spirit, and result driven attitude.
  • Very good command of English.
