- Managing inbound leads via calls and chats (CRM, messengers, and email) — in close collaboration with our AI assistant, who pre-qualifies leads and handles part of the communication.
- Responding to new inquiries within 10 minutes to maximize conversion.
- Making frequent follow-up calls and maintaining active client communication.
- Monitoring AI conversations and taking over when human input is required.
- Working with the existing client database to reactivate warm leads.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of our Bali real estate developments, including key selling points, payment plans, and investment potential.
- Encouraging clients to book Zoom or in-office consultations with senior sales advisors.
- Maintaining accurate lead records in the CRM.
- Fast learners with strong communication skills, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset.
- Fluent in English (C1+) — required.
- Russian or Bahasa Indonesia language skills are a strong advantage.
- USA market experience is advantage
- Experience in CRM systems, IP telephony, or real estate is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales/call center preferred.
- $600 base salary + bonuses for each completed meeting (meetings that actually take place).
- Total monthly earnings from $1,000, top performers make around $2,000.
- Full paid training and ongoing mentorship to ensure your success (training is paid upon successful completion of the first working month).
- Work side by side with an advanced AI sales assistant.
- Fully remote position with a structured schedule (approx. 12:00 – 24:00 Bali time, 12-hour shift with a 1-hour break).
- Trial period: 1 month.
