Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate all day-to-day logistics operations (road, rail, sea, air, terminals, warehouses).
  • Act as key point of contact between project team, procurement, warehouses, customs broker, freight forwarders, and site teams.
  • Prepare and update logistics plans and delivery schedules (by corridor, by station, by warehouse, by spread).
  • Balance flows between wagons / trucks / containers, considering border capacity, terminals, and site readiness.
  • Monitor border/terminal capacity and propose mitigation actions (rerouting, rescheduling, additional transport, temporary storage).
  • Strong knowledge of rail logistics
  • Supervise dispatch and arrival of trucks, wagons, and containers according to plan.
