You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.You'll play a key role in steering the financial performance of our projects and supporting their successful execution. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Management, Operations, Manufacturing, Platforms, Legal), lead financial reviews, and coach the Site FPM community to drive improvements in agility, simplification, and efficiency.You’ll specifically take care of project accounting and financial compliance but also contribute to tools and process improvements across the organization.We’ll look to you for:Preparing and presenting executive summaries on project finance elements to Cluster Finance Directors and top-level managementParticipating in project reviews and internal validations for all projectsSupporting the launch of complex projects and those requiring financial maturityMonitoring and analyzing project performance indicators like Gross Margin (GM), Risk & Opportunity (R&O), and Project Performance Indicator (PPI)Driving the deployment of lessons learned (REX) within the SiteContributing to the development and digitalization of the FPM community through training, webinars, and staffing initiativesAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
