We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale migration of an existing card product to a new payment network.This is a full-time, on-the-ground role based in Tashkent. The project involves close coordination with the Bank, Payment Network, Government Project Office, processors, and technology partners. Strong delivery ownership and daily in-person stakeholder engagement are critical for success.The Project Manager will ensure the program is delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Own and maintain the integrated project plan and critical milestones,Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across business, IT, external partners, and government stakeholders,Facilitate working groups, decision-making forums, and steering committees,Manage risks, dependencies, and escalation pathways,Oversee implementation and integration activities across technical and operational teams, * Ensure alignment between product, IT, compliance, and operations,

Coordinate testing cycles and go-live preparation,
Monitor post-launch stabilization,
Maintain risk logs and structured status reporting,
Prepare executive and steering committee materials,
Ensure adherence to regulatory and security standards.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of project management experience in banking, fintech, or large-scale digital transformation,
Experience leading multi-stakeholder initiatives with technical components,
Experience operating in regulated environments,
Strong planning and execution discipline,
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills,
Ability to manage both business and technical workstreams,
Structured problem-solving and risk management mindset,
English (working proficiency),
Uzbek preferred,
Experience in payments or card-related projects preferred,
PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification preferred.

Conditions:

Office in Tashkent (On-site, full-time),
Contract Type: Approx. 18 months fixed-term Civil Agreement with possibility to extend
No relocation package is provided.
