The work we do makes a significant difference to how businesses and brands perform in markets around the world.We are looking for talented and passionate person to join our Retailer Services team in Almaty, Kazakhstan.You will be responsible for consulting and servicing our clientele and selling NielsenIQ services to FMCG retailers. You will assist clients in understanding retail trends, advise and consult in optimizing their marketing strategies to help their business grow and develop.Responsibilities:
Expand client base, promote and sell NielsenIQ services among existing clients
Build and develop business relationships with retail chains, understand their business and information needs
Analyze and interpret sales data, deliver final reports and presentations
Manage day-to-day client requests
Provide training to clients on NielsenIQ tools and solutions
Contribute to knowledge management by sharing information about own clients and their marketing positioning
Conduct all business activities in accordance with centrally created RV Policies, processes and tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor or university degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
Good understanding of Retailer industry and trends with an awareness of FMCG, FMDG and wider business industry trends
Knowledge of ACNielsen products and services is a plus
Client Focus
Analytical mind and excellent presentation skills
Competent negotiator with good influencing skills
Strong team player
Fluent in local language and English.
