  • Create and maintain integration documentation (API, web services) and user guides.
  • Update and structure materials in the knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and analysts to collect accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Prepare screenshots, GIF animations, and concise, practical instructions.
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, etc.) and understand when AI usage is appropriate.
  • Gradually develop technical expertise (API, SQL, Python, etc.).
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or enrollment in senior years of an IT program.
  • 6–12 months of experience in technical writing or a related technical field.
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2–C1) or higher.
  • Basic understanding of technical concepts (REST API, fundamentals of SQL).
  • Familiarity with key digital advertising metrics and terminology (CPC, CPM, ROI, CTR; Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Readiness to work with large amounts of new or partially conflicting information.
  • Strong analytical and information-structuring skills.
Nice to have
  • Experience in preparing project or technical documentation.
  • Publications in English-language technical media or participation in international conferences.
  • Experience working with Linux.
  • Skills in working with third-party APIs (REST, SOAP).
  • Experience in software development or participation in development projects.
  • Experience creating and maintaining a knowledge base.
  • Basic video editing and compression skills, experience creating GIF animations.
  • Understanding of web services (Postman, SQL, etc.).
