Responsibilities:Prepare reports, letters, and technical documents for management and RoK authorities.Support compliance reviews and ensure processes align with corporate and regulatory requirements.Provide guidance and consultation on team procedures.Manage reporting, documentation systems, and inspection databases.Assist in maintenance, turnaround, and inspection activities.Translate technical and routine documentation as needed.Support IT tasks: software installation, user management, and access control.Maintain inventory and control of equipment and inspection tools.Prepare annual compliance reports and preventive maintenance plans.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technical field.Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.Fluent in Kazakh, Russian, and English (level 3+).Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and database management.Bolashak is a market leader in the provision of Technical & Engineering solutions to Kazakhstan’s Oil & Gas, Construction, Mining and other industries.
