Support the execution of regional and local marketing strategies in alignment with company guidelines.
Serve as the primary contact for local marketing agencies, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and activities.
Manage and expand the company's social media presence across relevant platforms, following brand and regional standards.
Localize marketing materials and content to ensure cultural relevance and effectiveness.
Assist in planning and delivering promotional campaigns, events, sponsorships, and activations.
Monitor ongoing marketing projects, providing updates, insights, and recommendations to the regional team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign execution.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native or fluent in Kazakh (C1), with good command of English (at least B2).
Russian language skills would be considered an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in marketing, with familiarity with local market dynamics.
Strong communication, coordination, and collaboration skills.
Ability to adapt global strategies into effective local initiatives.
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
