JOB OFFER: Academic Quality LeadPosition Type: 3-Month Project AssignmentFocus: General English/IELTS Standardization & Retention ExcellenceLocation: Kokshetau, Online, Hybrid1. PROJECT OVERVIEWWe are seeking a high-caliber Senior English Teacher to lead a 3-month strategic project focused on standardizing our General English&IELTS department. The mission is to transition our teaching quality from "standard" to "global excellence," ensuring that every lesson is engaging, communicative, and results-oriented.The Ultimate KPI: Reduce the monthly student churn rate by improving the classroom experience and perceived student value.2. SCOPE OF WORK & DELIVERABLESThe project lead will focus on the following pillars:Methodology Standardization: Implementing a uniform, communicative approach across all General English levels (Beginner to Advanced) to ensure consistency regardless of the teacher.Teacher Upskilling: Training staff to move away from "textbook-heavy" teaching toward interactive, student-centered lessons that foster real-life communication.Quality Control (QA): Establishing a rigorous system of lesson observations and providing "actionable feedback" to teachers.Retention Framework: Designing "engagement triggers" within the curriculum (e.g., progress celebrations, speaking clubs, and monthly milestones) to keep students motivated and decrease drop-outs.Resource Audit: Enhancing supplementary materials to ensure teachers have the best tools for dynamic General English/IELTS instruction.3. CANDIDATE PROFILEExpertise in General English pedagogy (CEFR-aligned).Strong background in Teacher Training and Curriculum Design.Experience in Educational Management or Quality Assurance.Ability to analyze student feedback and churn data to implement academic solutions.International certifications (TESOL,CELTA, DELTA, or equivalent) are highly preferred.4.
