Your responsibilities:
  • Work with the CRM database and analyze new leads.
  • Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Lead online client meetings.
  • Present our services, handle objections, and close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients (focus on the ground freight sector).
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Prepare customized proposals and negotiate terms.
  • Collaborate with our teams to make sure contracts are delivered smoothly.
Our requirements:
  • Proven experience in Business Development, International Sales, or similar roles within logistics or freight forwarding.
  • Fluent Chinese (Mandarin) and good English (upper-intermediate).
  • Experience working with Chinese clients, suppliers, or service providers is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of international logistics and freight forwarding; focus on Asian markets is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Work schedule is flexible and can be discussed during the interview. The role focuses on the Chinese market. Working days 5/2, 08:00 - 18:00 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and 11:00 - 21:00 Thursday, Friday Almaty time.
