If so, we'd love to chat!Role background (Fixed-Term Contract)This is a 9-month fixed-term opportunity within Wolt's High-Volume Talent Acquisition team, created to support a period of transformation in how we hire for high-volume, frontline roles.As our new High-Volume Talent Acquisition Partner, you will focus on hiring for Support Associate and Grocery Associate roles in the Kazakhstan market. You will support ongoing recruitment needs while also contributing to the rollout and embedding of a more scalable, data-driven, and AI-embedded hiring model.This role is well suited for someone who enjoys change, is eager to learn, and wants hands-on experience in high-volume recruitment during a transformation phase.Why this role mattersSupport Associates and Wolt Market Grocery Associates are essential to Wolt's daily operations, supporting customers, courier partners, venues, and in-store operations. Hiring efficiently, at scale, and with a strong candidate experience is critical to maintaining service quality and supporting business growth in the market.During this period of transformation, this role will help ensure continuity, quality, and delivery while new hiring processes and tools are being introduced.What you'll be doing
  • Support and lead end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles in Kazakhstan, including attraction, assessment, and offer processes for Support and Grocery Associate positions
  • Contribute to the rollout and adoption of new, AI-embedded and data-driven hiring processes and tools
  • Use recruitment data and reporting to monitor funnel performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support efficiency gains
  • Deliver a consistent, inclusive, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  • Experiment with and support new sourcing and attraction approaches, while executing core recruiting best practices
  • Collaborate closely with your sub-team and the broader Talent Acquisition organization to share learnings and solve hiring challenges
  • Partner with Employer Branding and other talent teams to support campaigns and initiatives related to high-volume hiring
What we're looking for
  • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and motivation to grow as a recruiter
  • Comfort working in dynamic, evolving environments and openness to learning new tools and processes
  • Previous exposure to recruitment, HR, operations, customer service, or high-volume environments is a plus, but not required
  • Passion for candidate experience and a people-first mindset
  • Clear and proactive communication skills in English and Russian and/or Kazakh, both written and verbal
  • Curiosity for data and willingness to use insights to improve hiring outcomes
