ABOUT THE COMPANY AND PROJECTCyber​​Temple International is an international group of IT companies operating in the fields of video game development, financial technologies, and AI-powered services.   • Cyber Temple – a GameDev division comprising an independent PC game development studio specializing in AA titles, as well as a game publishing arm. In Kazakhstan, it is represented by LLP “Cyber Temple”, a resident of Astana Hub. Our game DarkSwitch has already been announced on Steam.
  • Plexy Holding – an international FinTech group of companies providing payment acceptance and processing services for global clients (represented in the USA, UK, EU, and CA). In Kazakhstan, it operates as LLP “Plexy Platform Kazakhstan” and LLP “Plexy Pay Kazakhstan”.
  • Real Estate division – investment in premium real estate assets.
  • Headquarters (HQ) – focused on investment and asset management.
We are currently building an external talent pool of professionals capable of creating masterpieces in the world of video games for markets in the USA, Canada, Europe, and Southeast Asia — with stable funding. We are inviting a Product Manager, Publishing to join us — someone who understands how to engage players and can organize team workflows effectively.Responsibilities:
  • Conducting market analysis of the gaming industry considering trends and competitive environment
  • Researching and analyzing indie developers, including identifying their needs, preferences, and behavioral characteristics
  • Developing strategies to attract and retain developers in selected niches
  • Searching for and evaluating promising game projects
  • Negotiating with game developers
  • Contracting for game publishing
  • Preparation of reporting
  • Team management
  • Analysis of business models and formulation of proposals for optimizing them in the context of the chosen direction
  • Conducting competitive environment research to identify advantages and competitive advantages in selected niches
  • Identifying potential partners and collaboration opportunities in selected niches, including analyzing their projects and needs
  • Formulating proposals for development and innovations in selected niches based on analysis of the target audience and competitive environment
  • Making recommendations for strategic development of the company's publishing portfolio based on identified niches and target audience needs
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in the gaming industry, preferably in publishing
  • Deep understanding of the gaming industry market and its trends
  • Ability to analyze data and develop strategies based on it
  • Experience in developing business models and calculating unit economics
  • Good communication skills and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work in a team and coordinate activities with various company departments
