We are looking for a Business Development / Account Manager who will actively grow our client base and partner network. Your mission is to identify and sign new partners, present the product, and ensure continuous support and account management. This role requires a proactive approach, strong sales skills, and the ability to build long-term business relationships.📝 ResponsibilitiesParticipate in creating and executing business development strategiesResearch market trends and identify expansion opportunitiesGenerate and qualify B2B leads using LinkedIn, CRM, email, and social channelsBuild and maintain a strong client and partner pipelinePrepare and deliver commercial offers, demos, and product presentationsNegotiate contracts and ensure smooth onboarding of new clientsAct as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, providing pre- and post-sales supportDevelop accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and long-term retention initiativesMonitor partner performance, prepare reports, and ensure KPI deliveryCollaborate with internal teams and support API/technical integrations📩 RequirementsProven B2B online sales experience with revenue and pipeline achievementsFull-cycle sales ownership: from prospecting to account growthStrong presentation and negotiation skills, confident with senior stakeholdersExperience with CRM systems and disciplined pipeline managementExcellent English communication (written and spoken)Self-starter with resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentNice to have:Experience with partner ecosystems (resellers, affiliates, marketplaces)Knowledge of financial/data analysis (Excel/Sheets; SQL or BI tools a plus)Background in SaaS, telecom, fintech, or travel tech🌍 LanguagesEnglish — B2+Russian — fluent/nativeOther languages are an advantage🎁 What We OfferWork with international clients in a global marketDirect impact on product and partner network growthOpen and performance-driven cultureSupportive team and transparent KPI systemCompetitive compensation with growth opportunities💡 Want to work on a global market?
