- Conduct in-depth market and company research using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI, and web sources.
- Create and maintain Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) based on target markets or existing clients.
- Build and enrich databases of prospective clients with verified contact and social information.
- Develop and manage outreach sequences via Lemlist or similar tools.
- Qualify leads and communicate toward booking meetings, fluent English writing and speaking required.
- Maintain accurate and organized lead data in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Use AI tools for data enrichment, pattern discovery, and research automation.
- High proficiency in English (C1 or higher), must communicate effectively in written and spoken form.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, lead databases, and enrichment tools.
- Understanding of B2B sales and marketing research processes.
- Familiarity with CRM or lead-tracking systems.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Confident using AI-based tools for research and workflow automation.
- 1 year + experience in lead research, market intelligence, or B2B prospecting.
- Excellent command of English (written, spoken, and comprehension).
- Additional languages are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
