- Develop and grow sales across Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan and Georgia
- Build and execute customer and distributor business plans
- Drive market entry and portfolio expansion in Retail and Food Service
- Manage distributor performance, forecasting and order planning
- Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance teams
- Monitor competitors and identify new growth opportunities
- 5–10 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably food category
- Strong experience with distributors, local retail chains and marketing
- Food Service / HoReCa exposure is a strong advantage
- Solid commercial, forecasting and customer planning skills
- Hands-on, result-driven, able to work independently
- Fluent Russian and English (Turkish is a plus)
- Willingness to travel within the region
