Key purposeAll Sales activities to support existing business and develop/ execute customer strategies to capture future business potentials with all customers within area of responsibilityMain accountabilities, responsibilities and deliverables1. Identifying largest truck and bus fleets in the Subregion.2. Organizing visits to these fleets with the targeted annual numbers:Identifying fleet profiles and building strong relationships with the fleets.Uploading identified data to ZF’s system to make the fleets visible on a global platform.Identifying spare part and service sourcing behavior of the fleet3. Increasing ZF product awareness and expanding our SoW within the fleets through a pull effect.Organizing product Awareness trainingsOrganizing technical trainingsOrganizing fleet events.4. Increasing awareness of ZF Pro Service Network and creating a business relationship between Pro Service and the fleets.Identifying and reporting development needs in the Pro Service network for the locations where large fleets are located.Initiating the signing of service agreements between Pro Service and the fleet5. Increasing the visibility of the ZF distributor network inside the fleets.Identifying and reporting development needs Distributor network for the locations where large fleets are located6. Monitoring fleet spare parts and vehicle tenders of the fleets:Taking necessary actions to increase ZF’s share in spare parts tenders and working with the regional sales and distributor network for joint actions.Collaborating with the OE sales team to take necessary steps for the fleet to choose ZF products in vehicle procurement tenders.7. Identifying additional business opportunities by creating Product or Service Initiatives for ZF:Collaborating with the Category team for product Initiatives.Collaborating with the Workshop team for Service Initiatives8. Achieving an incremental sales target which will be set by CV business line regional fleet management.Required skills and experience / main competencies
  • Regional Businessman with strong entrepreneurial thinking
  • Strong knowledge of customer structures but also expert on market set up and dynamics in the Sub-Region/Country
  • Exercises “natural authority” in cultural context
  • Engineering or commercial background and solid product expertise
  • Strong (regional) networking and coordination/cooperation skills
  • Deep understanding of automotive & industrial business, market trends, innovation
  • 5-10 years experience in Automotive Aftermarket Business
  • Proven management skills
  • Fluent oral and written communication skills both in English and Russian
