- Map stakeholders (indirect) to understand business needs.
- Prioritize and analyze business requirements in depth.
- Conduct spend analysis to identify savings opportunities.
- Assess supplier positioning using the Kraljic Matrix.
- Identify product/service characteristics and quality issues (DMR incidents).
- Perform market and risk analysis.
- Evaluate sustainability drivers and supplier characteristics.
- Analyze industry dynamics using Porter’s 5 Forces and cost drivers.
- Develop SWOT analysis for category insights.
- Create and award tenders; share results with operational teams.
- Manage contract and SLA lifecycle for direct categories (indirect handled by business units).
- Recommend, align, and implement category strategies with clear objectives.
- Mitigate risks through strategic planning.
- Track KPIs such as savings, cost avoidance, and cash flow improvements.
- At least 1-3 years of work experience in procurement
- University degree
- Computer skills: Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook; SAP, Zycus and other procurement programs will be advantage;
- English – Upper-Intermediate or higher;
- Good communication skills;
