KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Collect, analyze, and visualize HR metrics, such as staff turnover, recruitment efficiency, employee engagement, etc.Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for department heads and HR managementGenerate forecasts and analytical insights based on key indicatorsAutomate reporting using Excel, Power BI, or other relevant toolsParticipate in HR process optimization based on analytical findingsWHAT DO WE OFFER:

- Office location - Almaty International Airport
- Work schedule 5 days per week, working hours from 8.00 to 17.00 (lunch break from 12.00 to 13.00)
