Обязанности:
  • Начисление заработной платы, отпускных, больничных листов, пособий и других выплат, предоставляемые работникам;
  • Расчет заработной платы при работе в праздничные/выходные дни, при вахтовом/сменном графике;
  • Оформление первичной документации по оплате труда работников;
  • Расчет налогов ОПВ, СО, ОСМС, удержаний;
  • Ведение бухгалтерского и налогового учета по заработной плате (строительство, операции по недвижимости);
  • Ведение кассы, банковских операций;
  • Подготовка и предоставление налоговой и статистической отчетности по заработной плате в соответствующие органы;
  • Мониторинг изменений в бухгалтерском, налоговом законодательстве;
  • Подготовка справок для работников.
Требования:
  • владение английским языком не ниже уровня "Intermediate";
  • Знание и умение в области расчета заработной платы и иных расчетов с сотрудниками;
  • Опыт работы на данной должности от 2-х лет;
  • Знание программ 1С, Oracle;
  • Знание Трудового и налогового кодексов РК, нормативной базы по исчислению ОПВ, СО, ОСМС;
  • Ответственность, исполнительность, доброжелательность.
