CIVIL WORKS SUPERVISOR

• Technical supervision and control over repair and construction works, construction and installation works related to reconstruction and upgrade, major repair of Company's production facilities to ensure compliance with the current codes, legislation, state standards, fire safety requirements and other regulatory acts.
• Control the quality of repair and construction works, construction and installation works related to reconstruction and upgrade, major repair of Company's production facilities.
• Control the compliance with the technical norms requirements, legislation and work production technology. Control the quality of construction materials, structures and products.
• Draw up the required technical documentation on timely basis. Participate in technical acceptance-transfer of completed scopes of construction and installation works and construction and repair works.
• Participate in the trial board work on acceptance of the construction facilities and their commissioning.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and other reports related to works carried out.
• Conduct inspections of construction units of buildings and structures at Company's facilities to ensure integrity and further safe operation.
• Keep records and prepare established reporting related to repair and production activities of the department. Process the incoming notifications, create and close the working requests in SAP system. Issue the call-off notices in SAP system if necessary.
• Control timely completion of buildings repair.
• Develop and communicate to performers the planned tasks and schedules of construction and repair works, construction and installation works.
• Develop actions aimed at improvement of production, its technology, mechanization and automation of production processes, labour organization, and use of reserves to increase labour productivity and reduce production costs.
• Participate in consideration and comment on schedules and work plans, introduce contractor with the scopes of works, approved design and estimate documentation, design drawings on repair and maintenance of buildings and facilities across the field.
• Prepare the scope of works, keep records and maintain verification of price quotations for construction and installation works, as well as associated works on painting, pipeline insulation repair, thermal insulation and scaffolding works. Participate in calculation and order of necessary materials for the planned works.
