- Posting goods for receipt in the SAP accounting system
- Translation of invoices from the supplier from English to Russian for customs clearance
- Correspondence with carriers
- Tracking cargo flow
- Collection of primary documentation for submission to the archive (electronic invoice, SNT and powers of attorney)
- Bachelor's or master's degree preferably in business administration or logistics;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP system
- Knowledge of Incoterms will be an advantage
- English & Russian language: upper intermediate, professional economic/logistic terminology
