Strong understanding of digital marketing basics, consumer behavior, and brand fundamentals.Language proficiency: English - Upper-Intermediate, Kazakh - IntermediateExperience: 1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG, HoReCa, E-commerce, or a digital/creative agency.
Hands-on experience in executing marketing projects: SMM, KOL/influencers, BTL activations, or HoReCa initiatives.
Experience working with external partners: agencies, bloggers/KOLs, production teams, designers.Knowledge of software: Microsoft OfficeSpecific Knowledge & Skills: Proactive mindset, high attention to detail, fast learner, strong communication skills, structured and organized, creative thinking, resilient and stress-resistant, team player, positive attitude, curiosity and initiativeDigital marketing basics, social media management (IG/TikTok), influencer/KOL coordination, content localization, understanding of brand guidelines, basic knowledge of claims and local legal regulations, project management skills, ability to run tenders and compare agency proposalsreadiness to coordinate with cross-functional teams across time zones, strong cultural awareness of Central Asian markets (KZ, UZ, KG, AZ, TJ) and Georgian officeWorking conditions:
