- Promoting KONE’s digital offerings and full product portfolio
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues collaboratively
- Maintaining accurate CRM data and customer insights. Generating leads, closing deals, and meeting sales targets
- Designing tailored solutions that meet customer needs
- Managing pricing strategies and contract negotiations
- Coordinating pre-tender reviews and seamless handovers to operations
- Supporting financial processes and ensuring site readiness
- Reporting market intelligence and sales performance metrics
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, engineering, or related field
- level of Russian and good level English skills is a must
- Industry knowledge of KONE’s customer base is a plus
- Familiarity with complex technology solutions and solution selling
- Min 3 years experience in sales and/or customer service
