We partner with a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and maximize productivity.Partner with the bestAs an Application Engineer, you will play a vital role in creating technical solutions that fulfill the needs of our customers. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide product guidance and scope for new requisitions. You will also be working and learning with the biggest names in the energy industry.As a Drill Bits Application Engineer, you will be responsible for:
  • Delivering expert sales support and providing tailored product application recommendations for the drill bit product line(s).
  • Coordinating and implementing specific product strategies and best practices within the Caspian Region.
  • Actively assisting sales team to develop and maintain sales strategies to drive growth and profitability through major accounts and complex product lines within the Well Construction segment.
  • Preparing detailed drill bit proposals, application engineering studies, design recommendations, and performance parameters, including vibration mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborating closely with operators and BKR design engineers to adapt existing products or developing new designs to better suit current applications.
  • Investigating and resolving unusual or unsatisfactory product performance issues, identifying root causes and implementing preventive measures.
  • Managing and coordinating timely deliveries of drill bits and related accessories.
Fuel your passionTo succeed in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelor’ Degree in Engineering discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 3 yrs of relevant experience in drill bits or related field (preferred).
  • Have experience in preparing technical proposals, conduct meetings, address sales/customer inquiries, and clearly explain technical concepts.
  • Strong knowledge of the Drill Bits industry, including its competitors, products, markets, key players in Caspian Region.
  • Fluency in Kazakh, English and Russian (required).
