- Competitor & Creative Research: Continuously analyze the competitive landscape to
- Direct-Response Copywriting: Lead the ideation, writing, and testing of high-
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Own the A/B testing roadmap. Systematically
- Acquisition & Scaling: Oversee and collaborate on paid media strategies, particularly on
- Landing Page Optimization: Architect and optimize landing pages for maximum
- Data Analysis: Live in the data. Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and use
- D2C E-commerce Experience: 5+ years of proven, hands-on experience in a growth or
- Funnel Expertise: Expert-level understanding of complex sales funnels, advertorials,
- Copywriting: Proven ability to write compelling, persuasive, direct-response copy
- CRO & A/B Testing: Deep expertise in conversion rate optimization, A/B testing
- Platform Proficiency: Strong, hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager and a
- Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics
- Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. The
- Experience with native advertising platforms (e.g., Taboola, Outbrain) is a significant
