About the RoleWe are a fast-growing direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce company seeking a high-level,data-driven E-commerce Growth Manager to architect and execute our growth strategy.This is not a simple media-buying role. We are looking for a strategic leader who lives andbreathes D2C funnels, direct-response copywriting, and conversion rate optimization. Yourprimary mission is to "push the growth" by identifying new opportunities, developing scalablecustomer acquisition funnels, and optimizing every step of the user journey—from the ad to thelanding page to the checkout.You must be an expert in competitor research, creative analysis, and A/B testing, with a provenhistory of profitably scaling D2C brands.Key Responsibilities
  • Funnel Strategy & Development: Design, build, and manage multi-step sales funnels,
including advertorials, listicles, quizzes, and video sales letters (VSLs).
  • Competitor & Creative Research: Continuously analyze the competitive landscape to
understand what is working for other D2C brands. Deconstruct their funnels, ad creatives,and copy to generate new, testable ideas.
  • Direct-Response Copywriting: Lead the ideation, writing, and testing of high-
converting copy for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Own the A/B testing roadmap. Systematically
test all elements of the funnel (headlines, offers, creatives, page layouts) to improveCVR, AOV, and LTV.
  • Acquisition & Scaling: Oversee and collaborate on paid media strategies, particularly on
Facebook/Instagram. Provide strategic direction to media buyers to ensure ad spend isscaled effectively and profitably.
  • Landing Page Optimization: Architect and optimize landing pages for maximum
conversion, ensuring a seamless and persuasive user experience from ad click topurchase.
  • Data Analysis: Live in the data. Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and use
insights to make data-driven decisions and identify new growth levers.Required Skills & Qualifications
  • D2C E-commerce Experience: 5+ years of proven, hands-on experience in a growth or
marketing role for a D2C e-commerce brand (i.e., you have experience generating trafficto a website, not just a marketplace).o Note: Experience with Amazon-only brands is not relevant for this position.Significant Budget Experience: Demonstrable history of managing and scalingsignificant monthly ad budgets (e.g., $30,000+ USD per month). Candidates withexperience managing only a few thousand dollars per month will not be considered.
  • Funnel Expertise: Expert-level understanding of complex sales funnels, advertorials,
listicles, and presell strategies.
  • Copywriting: Proven ability to write compelling, persuasive, direct-response copy
that sells.
  • CRO & A/B Testing: Deep expertise in conversion rate optimization, A/B testing
methodologies, and tools (e.g., VWO, Google Optimize, Hotjar).
  • Platform Proficiency: Strong, hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager and a
deep understanding of other paid channels.
  • Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics
4, Shopify Analytics) and the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
  • Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. The
interview will be conducted in English.Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with native advertising platforms (e.g., Taboola, Outbrain) is a significant
