We represent leading global manufacturers of ingredients and additives for the feed, pet food and food industries across Central Asia and CIS markets.Our partners include international companies specializing in innovative nutrition solutions for livestock, pets and food production.Position OverviewWe are looking for a Junior Supplier Relations Manager to support communication with international suppliers and assist in managing supply operations. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in international trade, supply chain and ingredient distribution.Key Responsibilities

Maintain professional business correspondence with international suppliers
Place purchase orders and coordinate order processing
Monitor shipments and delivery schedules
Assist with documentation and translation (English ↔ Russian)
Support the team in searching and evaluating new suppliers and partners
Provide administrative support for sales and supply operations
Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to ensure smooth deliveries

Requirements

Fluent English (mandatory) – written and spoken
Russian – professional working proficiency
Kazakh language is a plus
Experience in procurement, logistics, international trade or supplier management is preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to work with documentation
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
