- Conduct an examination of financial figures associated with lounge operations, focusing on areas such as income, expenses, and overall profitability.
- Generate financial summaries and offer analytical perspectives to aid in strategic decision-making.
- Manage relations and negotiations with financial institutions for financing requirements
- Track and analyze financial results compared to budgeted forecasts.
- Implement strategies for prudent budget management and cost containment.
- Collaborate in creating financial strategies and projections for the lounge services sector.
- Offer financial insights that aid in driving the growth and expansion of the business.
- Oversee and manage the complete set of financial accounts for the organization.
- Provide support in the preparation of monthly financial reports and analyses, including consolidated financial statements.
- Lead a team of accountants.
- Minimum requirement: Bachelor's degree
- Preferred: Master's degree (Finance or Economics; and CPA certification. CMA a plus.)
- Experienced in Budget and Financial Reporting and chart of accounts
- Have up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation (preferably)
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of finance experience.
- Must have experience fostering relationships with financial institutions.
- Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Above average understanding of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other analytical software. Oracle is a plus.
