The candidate will be responsible for participating in the integration of Odoo, starting with Accounting for the HQ, and subsequently scaling the solution to over 30 holding companies, while simultaneously implementing additional modules.Working alongside an internal team and a third-party system integrator from the project's inception, the candidate will oversee the migration of the holding’s business processes to Odoo, as well as the development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of new business processesKey Responsibilities:- Requirements Gathering & Analysis

Engage with business stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into functional specifications.
Map current processes and design optimized workflows using Odoo modules.
Document business requirements, use cases, and user stories.

- System Design & Customization

Collaborate with Odoo consultants and developers to design and configure solutions.
Validate feasibility of customizations and integrations.
Ensure alignment of system functionality with business processes.

- Testing & Validation

Define acceptance criteria and support QA/testing activities.
Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with business stakeholders.
Ensure data consistency and accuracy during migration.

- Change Management & Training

Support end-users with documentation, manuals, and training sessions.
Promote adoption and address resistance by demonstrating business value.
Act as a key point of contact between IT and business units.

- Continuous Improvement

Monitor system performance and gather user feedback post-implementation.
Recommend enhancements and new Odoo features to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (ERP experience required, Odoo preferred).
Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Sales, HR, Inventory, Procurement, and Manufacturing.
Excellent skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
Experience with ERP implementation life cycle (from design to go-live).
Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, or Odoo Studio is a plus.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
