- Planning of monthly promotions, production forecasts and other activities
- Defining assortment, plan-o-gram and pricing KPIs per channel.
- Supporting Sales team on in-store promotional activities (branding, sampling, extra visibility etc.) and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of our trade investments.
- Supporting Sales team with Category growth stories and Trade assets (POSM)
- Tracking of monthly key priorities and working with regional to ensure priorities are met.
- Identifying the key trends at brand/region/category/SKU level with forecasting short term and long term sales to meet the business objectives
- Monitoring budget for all trade plans&activities.
- Assisting Category Manager on Internal presentations and with analysis of sales data.
- Skills and knowledge MS Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel
- Highly creative with ability to think out of box
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Good communication with clients & colleagues and presentation skills
- Fluent English Communication Skills
- At least 2-3 years of Field Sales and/or Trade Marketing Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management and economics from a reputable university preferably
