- Execute LinkedIn Ads, outreach, retargeting, email flows
- Build and optimise ABM programs
- Test multi-channel acquisition tactics
- Improve conversion from Lead → MQL → SQL
- Report on pipeline performance and CAC/CPL trends
- Conduct personalised outreach to HR/People & Culture leaders
- Validate messaging, warm accounts
- Support AU-based outbound when/if hired
- Provide messaging guidance, ICP insights
- Collaborate on pitch decks, one-pagers, ROI assets
- Develop nurture flows for mid-funnel acceleration
- Assist with messaging for HR consultants, brokers, wellbeing advisers
- Support co-marketing activities
- Work closely with Content, Product, and Leadership
- Align demand gen activities with Enterprise GTM
- Share insights on ICP behaviour and high-performing messages
