- Ensure system stability and SLA/KPI performance
- Manage incidents, changes, and continuous improvements (run & maintain)
- Align stakeholders and ensure delivery quality
Требования: - 4+ years in IT / GIS / Data delivery coordination
- Experience managing vendors / service providers (MSP)
- Knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS and spatial data concepts
- Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
- Experience in production support / service ownership (run & maintain)
- Degree in IT / Engineering or related field
- Languages: Kazakh, Russian, English (Upper-Intermediate)
