- Strategic and operational responsibilities:Responsible for increasing sales in the agreed territory through the distributor sales team;
- Ensuring availability of all Company products according to the assortment matrix in Retail & DIY (improving display, distribution and coverage of points of sale for products through effective management of the sales team of sales representatives, regularly visiting the maximum number of points in the territory and contributing to the increase in product sales);
- 70 percent of the work is carried out with the distributor sales team and jointly with the distributor sales team in the "fields". Administration is carried out both in Sika offices and in the distributor offices:
- Together with the sales representatives, visits the sales points, expanding the assortment, and controls the assortment in the warehouse to ensure the availability of the assortment;
- Conducts field audits;
- Discusses and evaluates the work of the sales representative;
- Holds meetings together with the sales team;
- Determines the optimal, growing and effective plan for covering points in the territory, performs the required number of visits to the territory
- During one calendar month, at least 150 retail outlets.
- Organization and management of sales of the company's products;
- Finding out the needs of customers for the products sold by the Company, and coordinating the order with the customer in accordance with their needs and the availability of the product range in the company's warehouse;
- Planning and analytical work of a sales specialist:
- Receiving and processing customer orders, preparing the necessary documents related to the shipment of products for customers assigned to themselves, as well as for customers assigned to the relevant leading sales specialists when they are outside the office
- Working with first-time customers, with subsequent transfer of the customer to the leading sales specialist depending on the territorial affiliation of the customer;
- Prompt response to information received from customers and bringing it to the attention of the relevant leading sales specialist and the branch director;

- Experience in similar positions for at least 1 year
- Knowledge of English as an advantage
- Work schedule: 5/2 (by agreement with the supervisor, 08:00–17:00 / 09:00–18:00);
