Обязанности:Сопровождение строительных работ на площадке.Чтение и анализ рабочей документации, определение объемов работ по чертежам.Ведение накопительных ведомостей по объемам (план/факт).Подготовка регулярных отчетов о выполненных объемах и их стоимости.Перевод объемов работ в рыночные цены, подготовка расчетов и калькуляций.Контроль соответствия фактических объемов утвержденным планам.Подготовка данных для актов выполненных работ.Выполнение функций ПТО: учет и контроль объемов, техническая отчетность, взаимодействие с инженерами, подрядчиками и руководством проекта.Требования:Высшее техническое образование (строительство, архитектура или смежные направления).Опыт работы на аналогичной позиции от 3 до 5 лет.Отличное знание технологии строительных процессов.Уверенное чтение чертежей и извлечение объемов работ.Опыт работы в международных или иностранных компаниях будет преимуществом.Владение английским языком не ниже уровня Intermediate (для общения с экспатами и работы с технической документацией).Владение турецким языком приветствуется.Уверенное владение MS Excel, AutoCAD, умение работать с Google Sheets и другими облачными инструментами.Личные качества:Аккуратность в работе с цифрами, ответственность, исполнительность, внимательность к деталям, аналитический склад ума, умение работать в команде.INTERTASCO: Crafting Excellence, Shaping FuturesEmbark on a journey with INTERTASCO, where we don't just construct, but we build legacies and sustain futures.
