POSITION OBJECTIVE

To make sure that all foreign trade transactions of the country s/he is responsible of are done safely without any legal risk, in accordance with company procedures and memorandums, with minimum cost and maximum speed;
To plan and organize the logistics processes of the country, warehousing, local distribution operations in the related country within optimum time and minimum costs, executing the necessary steps according to the procedures and system set up within the time requested in the procedures, contracts or KPI’s agreed;
To monitor own developed activities and reporting accordingly to the upper management, according to the list of KPI’s defined and agreed;
To follow up project based tasks within local team & HQ Projects team.

Requirements:Education and experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience at related country in Supply Chain Management and Import & Export operations

Professional Know-How:

Fluency in Russian plus English (both written and verbal)
Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Ms Excel, Ms PP programs
Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, foreign trade and domestic transportation management
Effective use of the IT systems, screens and reports
Knowledge of Import regulations and international agreements
Quality-oriented
Customer-oriented
Quantitative thinking and detail oriented
Ability to travel
Ability to work in a multinational/multicultural environment
Team player
