- Develop, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements with clients and partners.
- Collaborate with the Advertising team to optimize advertising opportunities within the airport and attract new advertisers.
- Work with the Rent & Real Estate team to manage lease agreements, promote available spaces, and identify new rental opportunities.
- Engage with existing clients to maintain strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and approach potential clients to expand the airport’s commercial portfolio.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for revenue growth.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports to support commercial initiatives and decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of ongoing commercial projects, recommending improvements where necessary.
- Actively participate in cross-departmental projects to align commercial strategies with the airport’s overall development plans.
- Ensure all commercial activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Higher education in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, commercial affairs, or related roles, preferably within the aviation, real estate, or advertising industries.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and contract management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Kazakh or Russian (both written and spoken), Turkish will be an advantage
- Employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
- Office location - Almaty International Airport
- Work schedule 5 days per week, working hours from 8.00 to 17.00 (lunch break from 12.00 to 13.00)
