- Translate complex concepts into practical, engaging learning experiences tailored to internal audiences.
- Develop a systematic approach for content creation and knowledge management.
- Gather requests from departments, identify gaps, and select appropriate experts for co-delivery.
- Ensure quality control and consistency in training materials and delivery.
- Act as a learning ambassador, promoting a culture of continuous development.
- Collaborate with internal experts and stakeholders to align training with business priorities.
- Track participation, assess effectiveness, and refine programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Strong academic foundation in business, economics, finance, or related fields.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in sales, finance, or commercial topics.
- Ability to develop structured approaches for content creation, knowledge management, and program implementation.
- Skilled in assessing training needs, identifying gaps, and evaluating program effectiveness using metrics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Comfortable working across departments and engaging subject matter experts for co-delivery.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Fluency in English; Russian or Kazakh.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about promoting continuous learning.
