- Coordinating reception work and supporting daily office activities
- Managing internal document flow (registration of incoming/outgoing correspondence)
- Coordinate business travel activities
- Supporting management with administrative tasks
- Participate in HR department projects
- Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Language skills: Kazakh – understanding and ability for business communication, Russian – fluent, English – intermediate or above
- Excellent communication skills
